Vantage has extensive project experience with regard to gas processing that range from conceptual and detailed studies to complete project execution and closeout. The following list represents a few of Vantage's highlights from past gas processing projects.

Hardisty Gas Plant 23.0 MMSCFD (650 e3m3/d)

Capacity expansion project including the evaluation of the infrastructure at the existing gas processing facility in order to accommodate the new production. This full service project included conceptual studies, full regulatory support, scheduling, detailed engineering, construction management and project closeout. Key plant equipment included; upgrading existing plant piping, compression, silica gel adsorbtion for dew point suppression and flare

Boundary Lake Sour Gas Plant 5.0 MMSCFD (142 e3m3/d)

Sour gas processing project involving the design and installation of a sour gas plant capable of 5.0 MMSCFD (142 e3m3/d) gas plant. This full service project included conceptual studies, full regulatory support, scheduling, detailed engineering, construction management and project closeout. Key plant equipment and process included; amine sweetening, compression, separation, condensate storage, condensate flash tank, and high pressure flare system.

Enhanced Ethane Recovery for Drayton Valley Gas Plant 25.0 MMSCFD (700 e3m3/d)

Designed the plant expansions and modified the existing plant facilities. This expansion increased the plant capacity from 13.0 MMSCFD (366 e3m3/d) to 25.0 MMSCFD (700 e3m3/d). The key purpose and goal was to increase gas liquids recovery resulting in overall increased efficiency and reliability of the plant.
